This came from a local utility, they used them from in their microwave system to adjust sub carriers. On Jan at PST, this is a Rycom r 60. This is a Rycom r 60 selective level meter.
It does work and will tune the local radio stations when hooked to my outside antenna. It comes with the unit and a ac power cord. I have tested the unit and it does work.
The installed battery pack is dead.
