Details:
Comes with programming key very hard to find to diagnose. All other test modes than 19 pass. Has all boards, glib panel very hard to find, and standard parts. Sold for parts and modules to make other units whole.
Display is very clear but back light is not working. Wavetek 2520A powers up, has RF output, but shows error code 1 during self test 19 frequency test, Soc the fault means the phase lock cannot pull in the frequency properly.
