I provide accurate of what it is and can do for you. A selector knob switches from off, to battery check function, alarm set mode, on with audible indication of counts, in silent mode. In alarm set mode, a separate knob on the face allows for level to be anywhere within range. The unit has a handle for portability and case is of chemical resistant polymeric construction.
