This appears good overall, but since this is not a complete system we could not conduct any detailed tests. Both major items powered up for us on our simple 120v 60hz 1ph outlet without signs of distress, and the ip 4000 showed us CRT function, however no data was displayed, and the laser beam also functioned steadily for us.
