There are no broken plastics.

Up for bid is a Keithley 610CR solid state electrometer.

It powers on. I do not have a probe, but tried to measure volt and ohms. Needle does not move.

We must have your phone for shipping paper work. Meter comes with no probes or manuals. Any currency or coins shown in pictures are for size reference only and are not included in the offer.

I am not able to electrically 'zero' the unit. It runs on 115 volts selling as parts in need of repair. The controls rotate freely and 2 of the rubber foot pads are present.
