I am not sure how to use this unit so I did my best. Hp frequency rubidium standard 5065A opt 002 power cord included may need work.

It looks to have a nice output at 1mhz, 5mhz but I could not get a reading or trigger at 100khz. No manual, power cord is included. I am starting this off with a low starting bid because of possible issues. Not sure how to check any of the features on this unit.
